Transition from Partner Portal to Knowledge Center

Nedap is pleased to inform its users of an important operational update: the Nedap Partner Portal will be discontinued as of December 31, 2024, with all resources and functionalities moving to the Nedap Knowledge Center.

From Partner Portal to Knowledge Center

For years, the Nedap Partner Portal has served as a trusted hub for accessing technical and commercial documentation. However, the Nedap Knowledge Center now offers an enhanced platform, combining these core resources with additional features, all in a more accessible and user-friendly environment.

Key information about the transition

  • End of Partner Portal Access: The Nedap Partner Portal will remain available until December 31, 2024, after which it will be taken offline, and all data will be securely removed.
  • New Account Required: Current Partner Portal credentials will not carry over to the Knowledge Center. Users will need to create a new account to gain access.

We encourage all users to complete their account setup before the end of the year to ensure uninterrupted access to Nedap resources.
