The MOOV application logs a lot of information that takes place around a vehicle gate. This is very useful to see what has happened now and in the past around a (vehicle) passage.
But what do all those messages mean? In this article we explain the most common messages.
Access messages

| unauthorized identifier | basic, leisure, city- access | Person or vehicle is not allowed to enter the specified entrance |
With an unauthorized identifier message there can be several reasons why it was not allowed to enter that specific entrance, in our system we know the following reasons.

| Unknown indentifier |
The identifier, e.g. license plate, is unknown to the system, the identifier is not linked to any access right/guest/exemption |
| outside schedule |
Person or vehicle attempts to access at a time that does not match the associated access profile. Example: According to the access profile, a person is allowed to drive in between 09:00 and 17:00, but now tries to drive in at 08:30 |
| No authorisation for this entrance |
Person or vehicle tries to access an access that is not in their access profile. Example: according to the access profile, a person is only allowed to use the main entrance, but is now trying to access another entrance |
| Counting: Maximum reached |
Person or vehicle tries to gain access while the specified number of identifiers present at the same time has already been reached. Example: A person may be present at the same time with 2 vehicles, 5 registration numbers are specified in his access authorization. There are already 2 vehicles present, but they are now trying to gain access with 1 of the remaining 3 license plates |

Person or vehicle tries again to gain access to the same entrance within the time set in the MOOV controller. |
| No passage after booking |
Person or vehicle has not passed after access has been granted for the relevant guest/exemption/entry right. |
